  7. flexican has experienced and qualified Engineers to look after the quality aspects importantly to monitored at every stage of manufacturing. They are well versed in exacting procedures involved in inspection by the consultants and third party inspection agencies.

Destructive Testing : flexican has self designed testing machine to conduct bellows prototype testing of:

  1. Fatigue Life Testing : This is a verification of correlation between theoretical design cycle life and actual rated cycle life.
  2. Squirm Testing : A critical pressure at which the Bellow become unstable. Instability can occur in either of two modes, column instability (or squirm), or in-plane deformation of the convolution side wall.
