Mr. Ashok Krishnadas is the founding Director of Flexican Bellows & Hoses Private Limited, a leading industrialist and a seasoned Management Professional with long established record of experience of more than 50 years in the line.

When young, Mr. Krishnadas experimented with various technologies as a hobby. His experiments soon made him realize the potential and skills that he possessed. This let him to envision the development of a company that would later be know as "Flexican Bellows & Hoses Private Limited".

Mr. Krishnadas has then built and led an integrated team, forging ahead with a single minded goal of innovation and today Flexican is growing in both quality and experience. According to him, Flexican is keen to stay involved in the economic future of the great nation - "INDIA" and make a huge contribution wherever opportunities allow.

Social commitment and contribution to the society comes to Mr. Krishnadas as a hereditary trait and as a result he operates Vadodara Society for Prevention and Cruelty to Animals (Vadodara SPCA) with a noble aim of protecting the speechless and helpless animals by providing shelter and hospitalization facilities. Apart from this Mr. Krishnadas also runs a Tennis Academy thereby nurturing the talent of budding youngsters and providing them with an opportunity of furthering their dreams of becoming the future sporting stars of India.

Mr. Sharad Jani is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been associated with Flexican right from its inception and has experience of over 25 years.

As the Executive Director of Flexican Bellows & Hoses Private Limited, he has been successfully steering the company from its flagging position to one of the leading indigenous mid size company with a client list that is dominated by the leading Blue Chip Companies of Corporate India.
