flexican Circular Bellows formation is done on specially designed machine by forming required number of individual convolutions on the cylinder by an expanding internal mandrel. Each convolution is subsequently sized by means of specially contoured inner and outer rollers
Metal Bellows require less space than Pipe Bends and Expansion Loops and their inherent flexibility enables them to absorb movements in more than one direction. In most pipe sizes, Expansion joints are more economical than other devices, so their use results in Low initial cost for piping and construction work. Operating costs are also reduced, since maintenance is eliminated and heat and friction losses are minimized.
Rolled Convoluted Sheet
- Roll forming :- Large diameter Bellows are formed by pressure exerted fixed shaft forming wheels inside and outside the cylinder.
- Press-Brake forming :- flexican Rectangular Bellows formed by press break die.
- Disc Forming :- S - Shape is formed with controlled Pressure and Dimension. Single convolution inside diameter formed with root & crest welding circumferentially.
